| Register for the year-long program of quarterly workshops and monthly dinners for 2009. Workshop dates are January 17, April 4, July 25, and October 17-18. Dinner dates will be determined once the program begins. |

| WOMEN IN MINISTRY |
| Register for the yearlong Women in Ministry program for 2009. Workshop dates are February 3, April 21, July 14, October 20. Monthly lunches will be determined once the program begins. |

REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued for cancellations up to two weeks before the date of the first workshop. Cancellations within two weeks before the first workshop will be refunded 50% of the annual fee. Cancellations within a month after the first workshop will be refunded 25% of the annual fee. Sorry—no refunds are available after the first month.
